Blogger seems to be having a huge spam issue at the minute. I try to keep on top of it, but the sheer volume of spammy comments makes them pile up quickly. I'm not sure there's anything that can be done about it from your end.

And yeah, I'm with Liz Martin-Silverstone and colleagues on 'Dawndraco'. The paper makes a few comments that I discussed here last year and a lot more: the specimen is not fully grown (explaining the small crest), is biometrically identical to other Pteranodon, has - so far as can be seen - a sternbergi-esque crest shape... Their paper is open access if you want the full details:

https://ejournals.library.ualberta.ca/index.php/VAMP/article/view/28721/21315Mark Wittonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02524696111911168322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3653345901774701895.post-7376649595211858922017-04-19T00:08:00.778-07:002017-04-19T00:08:00.778-07:00Yep. Rhamphorhynchus is on pretty sound ground as a fairly habitual piscivore with multiple examples of fishy gut content, but other taxa are poorly represented in this regard. There are functional reasons to think animals like Eudimorphodon and Scaphognathus might not have been strictly piscivores, so more gut content would be especially welcome for them.Mark Wittonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02524696111911168322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3653345901774701895.post-88998497124564386512017-04-18T20:50:27.031-07:002017-04-18T20:50:27.031-07:00Why are there so many posts from people selling cr...Why are there so many posts from people selling crap on your blog? I came here to learn about pterosaurs not apply for a loan or get a flu shot! If you people want to sell your junk get your own blogs to make your commercials on.

So Mark I take it 'Dawndraco' is indeed a juvenile Pteranodon sternbergi? Good summary of Pterosaur feeding ecology. I will save this page and keep it to go with your book.

P.S. Is there any way to penalize the people using your blog to spam?Tamara Hensonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11547216895449679019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3653345901774701895.post-2151145644741059122017-04-14T18:58:56.454-07:002017-04-14T18:58:56.454-07:00Regarding stomach contents
